Physical Theatre Workshop
With a deep-rooted interest in the human condition, my work is inspired by dance artists, theatre makers, circus performers and visual artists. My aim is to inspire creativity through questioning, noticing, acting and reacting. I often use games, tasks, and improvisations to access and enhance the way we communicate and understand each other – often sticking to the mantra: it’s not all about what we do, but how we do it. I enjoy unlocking creative possibility within objects, materials, sound and space and then exploring how these relate to movement, performance and storytelling. My hope is to bring a sense of child-like fascination, sensitivity and possibility to the world around us.
Workshops are open to dancers, actors and physical performers.
