The body living and experiencing through touch and gravity; is an active maker, mover and creator. The mind perceiving through the body, illuminates our actions with awareness, impressions. While we move ourselves in the physical world, we practice noticing our mind-body connections, challenges and navigation which are constantly in play through space – time. The workshop aims to highlight these connections and deep dive into the works of dance materials and composition. A shared practice of movement techniques, imagination, rhythmical awareness and composition is offered for participants who wish and are able to engage with the work at a professional level.
